The NGS analysis (FoundationOne) confirmed mutations in IDH1, TP53 and ATRX. ---- Overall, these morphologic, immunophenotypic and cytogenetic findings support diagnosis of diffuse astrocytoma, IDH1 R132H mutant positive, CNS WHO grade 2.
