This image shows a markedly hypercellular diffusely infiltrative glial neoplasm. There are foci of prominent atypia including giant and bizarre multinucleated cells. Other foci have a bland spindled appearance and lower cellularity. There is perivascular aggregation of tumor cells. (H&E)
