Case 15 History ---- The patient is a 15-year-old male with a history of right thalamic calcified diffuse midline glioma diagnosed in August 2021 extending into the right cerebral peduncle and midbrain. He has received chemotherapy and radiation therapy; however, his disease has shown clinical progression over the past year. The patient was admitted in October 2023 in status epilepticus. While admitted the patient developed anuric renal failure and pulmonary edema with respiratory failure and was transitioned to comfort measures only
