Case 16 History ---- The patient is a 4 year old girl, presenting with unsteady gait and imaging showing a pontine mass with nodular enhancement. Operative procedure: left posterior stereotactic needle brain biopsy. ---- 16A1,2 These T1-weighted scans without contrast show a pontine-centered mostly isointense mass occupying almost all of the pons and displacing the cerebellum.
