Case 4 History ---- The patient was a 2-year-old female who initially presented with mild imbalance during a GI illness. The imbalance initially resolved after she was given fluids; however, it later worsened and the patient demonstrated a head tilt. Subsequent brain MRI (12/2019) showed an expansile, non-enhancing, T2 hyperintense pontine mass with mass effect on the fourth ventricle and upstream ventricular dilatation. Operative procedure: Needle biopsy.
