Case 7 History ---- The patient was a 17-year-old male with no prior medical history who presented with progressively worsening diplopia and blurred vision since 08/2019. He subsequently experienced numbness in the left arm and bilateral face, as well as balance difficulties and nausea. Brain MRI was performed and showed an expansile mass-like signal abnormality, predominantly centered within the pons with infiltration to the bilateral brachium pontis, as well as the midbrain and medulla. Operative procedure: Robotic assisted stereotactic needle biopsy.
