1B2-4 This is a moderately cellular neoplasm composed of round to oval cells which are arranged in a partially solid growth pattern interrupted by haloed clear cells admixed with perivascular pseudorosettes. There is mild to moderate pleomorphism with focal prominence of the nucleoli. Mitoses are rare. The tumor cells show extensive cytoplasmic vacuolization mimicking signet-ring morphology. (H&E)
