Case 6 History ---- This patient is a 65-year-old woman with several months of progressive left-sided leg pain. MRI demonstrated a large intradural extramedullary tumor at the origin that appeared to be at the level of the conus medullaris. Operative procedure: Posterior laminectomy and resection of intradural extramedullary tumor. Diagnosis: Ependymoma with tanycytic, clear cell and routine histologies, WHO Grade 2. ---- 6A1,2 The tumor is shown by MRI in STIR (6A1) and as a T2-weighted images.
