Case 17 History ---- The patient is a 68 year old man with a history of chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), now with an intradural, extramedullary spinal mass. Operative procedure: Posterior L3-L5 lumbar laminectomy for decompression and resection of intradural mass. ---- 17A1-3 MRI examination shows a boxcar shaped mass as viewed with STIR (17A1), T1-weighted with contrast (17A2) and T2-weighted scans.
