Case 20 History ---- The patient is a 37 year old man with an intradural tumor in L2-3. Operative procedure: Intramedullary tumor excision. ---- 20A1-6 Section of the intradural lesion shows thin walled micropapillary bundles surrounded by a single layer of epithelium that varies from low cuboidal to columnar. The cores of the papillae contain variable amount of a mucinous/myxoid matrix.
