Case 5 History ---- The patient is a 5 year old girl with a left medial “gluteal cyst”. Operative procedure: Excision. ---- 5A1-3 Sections of the gluteal mass show a circumscribed but non-encapsulated papilloglandular proliferation. In the more obvious papillary areas, there is a rosette formation of intermediate size cells surrounding a central mucohyaline stroma and blood vessels.
