Case 2 History The patient is a 44 year old woman with an L3 spinal lesion 2A1 Sections from the "spinal mass L2-3" showed a spindle cell lesion composed predominantly of cells with oval to somewhat elongated nuclei with a moderate amount of cytoplasm and inconspicuous cell borders. The cells are arranged in sweeping fascicles with no definite tendency towards Verocay-body formation.
