At autopsy the fixed brain weighed 850g. The gyri and sulci are of normal size, shape and distribution. There is no cingulate gyrus, uncal. or cerebellar tonsillar herniation. A 3.5 x 5 x 4.5 cm soft friable mass has totally replaced the right cerebellar lobe, compressing the left cerebellar lobe laterally and superiorly and the brainstem anteriorly.
