Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 34-year-old man with a history of several months of neck pain. Neurological examination was unremarkable. MRI at an OSH revealed a large enhancing intramedullary spinal cord neoplasm from levels C3 to C6, with extensive rostral and causal spinal cord edema. Operative procedure: Posterior cervical laminectomy for tumor resection. ---- 6A The tumor is discrete and has an apparent capsule.
