Case15 History ---- The patient was a 2 year old boy presenting with headache, unsteady gait, falls, and irritability. Brain MRI on 6/23 shows a 9.9 cm solid and cystic, heterogeneously enhancing mass centered in the area of the right lateral ventricle. Operative procedure: Excision. ---- 15A1,2 The extent and size of the neoplasm is well seen in the sagittal sections shown as T1-weighted images without (15A1) and with (15A2) administered contrast.
