Case16 History ---- The patient was a 2 year old boy with a left cerebral hemispheric tumor. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for resection of left frontal lobe tumor. ---- 16A1,2 The extent of the tumor is shown in this FLAIR scan (16A1) where the tumor is hyperintense compared to surrounding brain. T2-weighted contrast applied scan shows a hyperintense tumor (16A2).
