4B1,2 Sections consist of a moderately cellular glial neoplasm having prominent perivascular pseudorosettes and rare true rosettes. Areas with discohesive pseudopapillary growth are noted. The tumor cells are round to oval with scant eosinophilic cytoplasm and contain normochromic nuclei with regular nuclear membranes. Mitoses are scattered and reach up to 4/10HPF in some areas. (H&E)
