Case 5 History ---- The patient was a 66-year-old man with a history of glioblastoma (1 x 1.5 cm enhancing lesion in the left posterior temporal lobe) resected in December 2013 at an OSH. He received definitive radiation and Temodar in February/March 2013, and subsequently enrolled in a clinical trial of Celldex ACT IV with high-dose Temodar pulse rindopepimut vs. placebo, receiving vaccine #1 on 04/04/2014 and vaccine #2 on 04/18/2014. Maintenance Temodar was restarted on 04/25/2014. ---- 5A T1 weighted MRI with contrast showed thickening of the enhancing rim of the resection cavity, and increased surrounding FLAIR hyperintensity. Operative procedure: Left craniotomy and resection of left temporal tumor with intraoperative MRI.
