There is also focal positivity for various cytokeratins, including CK8/18. ----Comment: In this particular case, the epithelioid nests show features of true epithelial metaplasia, resembling metastatic carcinoma. In between these nests however, there are classic features of fibrillary and gemistocytic glioblastoma.
