Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 36-year-old woman with two weeks of neck pain, headache, left upper extremity weakness and numbness. Brain MRI revealed a 6.3 x 3.7 x 4.6 cm peripherally enhancing lesion within the right parietal lobe. Operative Procedure: Right sided IMRI craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 1A1 A hyperintense image and surrounding edema is shown in this FLAIR MRI.
