Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 40-year-old man who presented with new onset of seizures. Brain MRI showed a large tumor with multifocal enhancement involving the left basal ganglia and temporal lobe. Operative procedure: Stealth-guided burr holes for biopsy. ---- 4A1 MRI studies show an enhancing T1-weighted image with contrast located in the left basal ganglia.
