The majority of the tumor is necrotic with pseudopalisading necrosis seen focally. The tumor is very vascular with many of the vessels having a hyalinized appearance. Microvascular proliferation is also seen. The tumor appears to be relatively sharply demarcated from the adjacent brain parenchyma. (H&E)
