Proliferative activity involved all populations of cells including these enormous forms (Ki67 IHC) ---- Additional immunohistochemistry (Not shown): Neurofilament stains confirm and highlight the infiltrative nature of the tumor. Stains for the IDH1 mutant R132H form are negative. Stains for EMA and D2-40 do not show immunoreactivity of the neoplastic cells.
