Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 66 year old woman with a contrast enhancing right frontal lobe mass that extends into the basal ganglia and crosses the midline. MR spectroscopy demonstrated a profile most consistent with a primary tumor. ---- 4A1-3 MRI Studies: The tumor is shown in FLAIR (4A1), in T1-weighted scans without (4A2) and with contrast (4A3).
