Additionally, there are relatively sharply demarcated nodules with marked hypercellularity and cells displaying a primitive appearance. The majority of these cells are enlarged and markedly hyperchromatic, with minimal discernible cytoplasm. In these areas, the mitotic index is brisk and there are multiple foci of necrosis. Some of the tumor cells are anaplastic appearing, containing larger more pleomorphic cells focally displaying cell wrapping. Additionally, Homer Wright rosettes are seen in this component.
