17B1,2 Areas immunoreactive for GFAP (17B1) and S100 (17B2) were located at the margins of primitive islands (compare with later images). GFAP was strongly positive in numerous cells primarily at the margins of primitive tumor nests but also in scattered cells within these structures as well.
