Case 18 History ---- The patient was a 51-year-old man with no significant past medical history who presented with right upper and lower extremity numbness. Brain MRI demonstrated a 4.9 cm peripherally enhancing intra-axial lesion arising in the posterior left frontal and parietal lobes with a central component showing T2 hyperintensity.
