Ancillary studies (not shown): An immunostain for R132H mutant IDH1 is negative, consistent with an IDH1 wild-type tumor. ATRX shows strong retained expression in all of the tumor cells. There is also strong diffuse staining for p53, with particularly strong expression in the PNC-like areas, consistent with a p53 mutation. FISH is negative for 1p and 19q deletions, and does not show EGFR amplification
