22A2,3 This is a cellular neoplasm composed predominantly of monomorphic-appearing cells with eosinophilic fibrillary processes and nuclei characterized by round to ovoid, moderately irregular contours, scattered prominent nucleoli, and coarse clumped chromatin. The tumor is diffusely infiltrative, and ranges from markedly hypercellular to less cellular in areas of infiltration. Mitotic figures are numerous. Pseudopalisading necrosis is identified. Microvascular proliferation and endothelial hyperplasia are identified.
