Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 62 year old woman with an enhancing left temporal lobe neoplasm. ---- 3A1,2 The tumor cells are oval with mild hyperchromasia and minimal discernible cytoplasm. The mitotic index is markedly elevated and there is extensive endothelial hyperplasia. Patchy pseudopalisading necrosis are evident in one of the sections.
