Case 6 History ---- The patient was a 53 year old woman who presented with spells of headache, nausea, vomiting, visual hallucinations, panic attacks, and symptoms of delusion. Brain MRI showed a rim enhancing right temporal lobe mass. Operative procedure: Right frontotemporal craniotomy with resection of tumor and intra-operative MRI. ---- 6A1 Brain TIRM MRI showed a rim enhancing right temporal lobe mass.
