10A1-3 Coronal sections through the cerebral hemispheres show a large 8 x 5 x 7 cm hemorrhagic necrotic neoplasm involving the right basal ganglia from its anterior most pole to the pulvinar nucleus in the right thalamus with superimposed massive hemorrhage.
