Case 20 History ---- This patient was an 18 year old female with GBM arising in the right cerebral hemisphere and extending into the left hemisphere, midbrain and brainstem. She received radiation and BCNU chemotherapy. She developed pulmonary thromboemboli, pulmonary infarcts and died.
