Case 21 History ---- The patient was a 54-year-old man with a history of primary generalized dystonia. He tested negative for the DYT1 gene and received treatment with Botox. In September 2003, he lost use of his right hand and presented with poor memory and concentration. He was found to have multiple brain nodules on MRI, and brain biopsy showed a 4 cm GBM. The patient died at home one month later.
