The regions of involvement extend from the level of the genu of the corpus callosum posteriorly to the occipital pole. Tumor also extends across the corpus callosum markedly thickening the structure and extending into the right hemisphere. Tumor also extends into the septum pellucidum and into the fornices expanding these structures.
