8A1 GBM & Uncal & cingulate hernition (Case 8) 5
8A1-3 There is right cingulate gyrus and uncal herniation. Located anteriorly in the right frontal cortex is a hemorrhagic, cystic, tumor that measures approximately 6 x 3 x 2 cm. This lesion is continuous with a second right frontal mass that is centered just medially to the head of the caudate adjacent to the third ventricle. This yellowish-tan tumor mass extends into and along the corpus callosum to invade the left frontal cortex and left anterior caudate. Tumor is found throughout most of the right cerebral hemisphere and extends into the third ventricle, corpus callosum and left frontal cortex and caudate.
