Case 9 History ---- This is a 38 year old female with extensive tumorous infiltration. ---- 9A1-6 This large tumor involves the hypothalamus, internal capsules, basal ganglia, cortical grey and white matter, optic chiasm, nerves and tracts and infundibulum extending into the neurohypophysis. ---- 9A1,2 Midline tumor involvement in both thalami and basal ganglia.
