7A1-4 Multiple foci of contrast enhancement are seen within the white matter of the left temporal and parietal lobe. These areas of contrast enhancement are ringlike and primarily involve the white matter. There is also increased T2 signal within the poster aspect of the left frontal lobe, left temporal lobe, and left parietal lobe, an appearance is most consistent with gliomatosis cerebri, but could also represent encephalitis, vasculitis, or nonimmune disease. This constellation of findings was considered most consistent with gliomatosis cerebri or low-grade glioma radiologically.
