7B1,2-The histopathology of the process shows a mildly cellular gemistocyte-rich astrocytic neoplasm on this left temporal lobe biopsy consistent with an anaplastic astrocytoma with mild to moderate degree of pleomorphism and scattered mitoses, WHO Grade III. Endothelial cell proliferation and necrosis were not identified.
