Case 15 History ---- The patient was a 58-year-old woman who presented with personality change, apathy, and a mild right hemiparesis who had a heterogeneously enhancing mixed solid-cystic mass within the left midfrontal lobe. Operative procedure: Excision. ---- 15A1,2 MRI studies show a ring enhancing midfrontal lobe neoplasm using a T1-weighted contrast administered (15A1) and T2 weighted (15A2) scans.
