Case 16 History ---- The patient was a 72 year old man with new onset aphasia.
---- 16A1,2 MRI of the brain shows a T1-weighted hypointense, T2 hyperintense heterogenous mass in the anterior left temporal lobe that demonstrate heterogenous and rim contrast enhancement. Operative procedure: Left temporal craniotomy with intraoperative MRI.
