In areas the neoplastic cells show prominent spindling and form fascicles. In these areas the cells have elongated nuclei, tapered cytoplasmic processes, and indistinct cell-cell borders. These areas merge and blend into sheets of highly pleomorphic cells with highly-irregularly shaped and hyperchromatic nuclei.
