Both the spindle cell population and glioblastoma areas are strongly stained (Ki67 IHC). ---- Ancillary studies (not shown): Neurofilament IHC highlights the infiltrative nature of the gliomatous component at the periphery of the tumor, whereas central portions, including the sarcomatous component are relatively solid. The tumor cells are negative for desmin.
