Ki-67 shows elevated proliferative activity within the small focus of increased cellularity where it measures 17.3% ---- Comment: The findings are those of an anaplastic oligodendroglioma, residual/recurrent, WHO grade 3. This specimen was compared to the patients previous resection specimen, and the current specimen shows increased mitotic activity warranting a higher grade diagnosis.
