Case 12 History ---- The patient is a 33 year old man who presented with severe headaches. An CT showed a large left frontal mass with calcification. MRI showed a large left frontal lobe mass with extension under the falx. Multiple areas of calcification and multicentric ring enhancement is seen within the mass. Operative procedure: Stealth craniotomy for resection of tumor with IMRI. ---- 12A The mass is hyperintense on this FLAIR scan.
