3A1,2 At autopsy, the weight of the unfixed brain was 1150g. Coronal sections of the cerebral hemispheres revealed a tan homogeneous mass in the right temporal lobe measuring approximately 3.5 x 2.0 x 2.0 cm. The tumor tissue is free of necrosis or hemorrhage and has variably discrete or infiltrative border with adjacent brain parenchyma.
