Case 7A1,2 History ---- The patient is a 49 year old man who presented with a new onset seizure and was found to have a non-enhancing left fronto-temporal mass encasing the left middle cerebral artery. Operative procedure: Biopsy. ---- Library-derived probes localizing to 1p32, 1q42, 19p13 and 19q13 were used in this case. In this particular case, there were 2 copies of both chromosomes 1 (7A1) and 19 (7A2). No deletions were evident.
