Case 10 History ---- The patient is a 69-year-old woman presenting with generalized tonic-clonic seizure. MRI scan showed a right frontal FLAIR hyperintense, minimally enhancing brain mass. Operative Procedure: right IMRI craniotomy excision tumor. ----10A H&E stained sections show an infiltrative glial neoplasm composed of an oligodendroglial pattern with mitoses (3/10HPF) lacking definitive tumor necrosis or microvascular proliferation.
