Case 11 History ---- The patient is a 27-year-old man who originally presented with a viral meningitis in late July 2014, with a positive PCR for Enterovirus, associated with headaches, nuchal rigidity, and photophobia. A CT scan and MR imaging were performed, which eventually revealed a right frontal tumor. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for tumor resection with stealth/iMRI. ---- 11A1,2 MR imaging showed a non-enhancing T1-weighted (11A1) and T2-hyperintense (11A2) mass in the right frontal lobe involving the cortex and subcortical white matter measuring 4 cm x 2.5 cm.
