Case 16 History ---- The patient is a 69-year-old woman with history of oligodendroglioma WHO grade 2 status post resection in 2014 with imaging showing an enlarging FLAIR lesion at the original resection site concerning for recurrence. Operative procedure: Left craniotomy and resection of tumor. ---- 16A1,2 H&E stained sections show a diffusely infiltrative glioma composed of small monomorphic tumor cells with eosinophilic to clear cytoplasm and round regular nuclei. There are frequent calcifications. Mitoses number up to 2/10HPF. There is no necrosis or microvascular proliferation.
